How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

All of our orders process quickly for shipment of in stock items. Because our orders process fast, in most cases we are unable to change quantities or cancel items. 

If you are waiting on a backordered item, you may be able to cancel it - under some circumstances.

We are not able to cancel Special Order backordered items, which are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
