Delivery Policy for Small Parts

What shipping carriers do we use?

We ship using services such as UPS and FEDEX for small parts packages. Unfortunately, we do not use United States Postal Service (USPS). 

When will my order ship?

We ship parts from many warehouses including ours, which is located in South Florida. We do our best in shipping all of parts that are available as quickly as possible. Our allocation logic is based on maximum uptime. The system will look in your primary warehouse [warehouse closest to you] by order line. If the entire line is available, it will allocate there. If not, it will go to the secondary warehouse and do the same. If neither warehouse has the full line, the system will ship what it can from the primary and then what can be shipped from the secondary. Any remaining open quantity will be backordered into the warehouse that we expect will receive the item soonest.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

What are my shipping options?

Our shipping options include UPS Ground, 3rd Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air level type services. Next Day Air orders placed on Friday before noon (EST) typically will be scheduled to deliver on Monday (the next business day). There are no Saturday deliveries for Next Day Air orders placed on Friday.

Next Day Air orders placed on the weekends do not typically ship out to the next business day.
